Refund policy

We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to cancel your order anytime before it leaves our Melbourne warehouse. Please note, cancellations will incur a 10% fee to cover processing costs.

Once your FireTub has been delivered, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives with clear damage. After your tub has shipped, all sales are considered final.

Our tubs are not flawless in appearance with each having minor marks, compressions, scratches and imperfections from the manufacturing and machining process. Additionally, for transport reasons, the size of your tub may vary by up to 50mm from the listed dimensions.
