Shipping policy

We provide a $59 Flat Rate Shipping fee to most regional centres and state hubs excepting NT & WA (read below)

We currently have three delivery variations:
• Collect your order from your nearest depot.
• Delivery of your order directly to your doorstep.
• Collection from our HQ in Carrum Downs, VIC 3201

Delivery door-to-door is what we aim to do as much as possible. However, for some areas we just cannot provide that service. In these cases, one of our team members will contact you directly to confirm the depot closest to you for collection from after your order has been received.

Sadly, there is a very small number of locations that we just cannot offer our Flat Rate Shipping to. For those in such areas we will provide you with a quote directly- you pay only what the shipping company charges us.
